Part number A852322 is the original S-shaped elbow (double bend joint) provided by Hitachi Construction Machinery for the ZX200-3 series 20 ton medium-sized hydraulic excavator. This component is mainly used in hydraulic or cooling pipeline systems to change fluid direction and avoid structural components. It is a key transitional component to ensure smooth pipeline connection and reduce flow resistance. Its universal models cover Hitachi ZX200-3, ZX200-5A, ZX200-5G and other ZX200 series excavators, as well as some ZX210, ZX240 platform models. As the core connector of the original pipeline system, its bending radius and interface thread are perfectly matched with adjacent pipelines. It is strictly prohibited to use non-standard auxiliary components to avoid leakage, pressure loss, or pipeline interference.

This product is a double bent (S-shaped) metal elbow, with a typical structure of integral forging or seamless pipe cold bending. The material is carbon steel (Q235) or stainless steel (304), and the surface is treated with rust prevention (galvanized or painted). Technical parameters: The bending angle is usually a combination of 2 × 45 ° or 2 × 90 °, with a bending radius of R=1.5-2.5 times the pipe diameter. The interface form is NPT thread (American standard taper pipe thread) or SAE flange, with a diameter of about 20-40mm (specific subject to the actual product). Its S-shaped double bend design can achieve two directional transformations in a limited space, effectively avoiding sharp bends in pipelines and reducing turbulence. Working pressure ≤ 35MPa (hydraulic system) or ≤ 1.0MPa (cooling system), temperature resistance range -30 ℃ to+120 ℃. The inside of the elbow is usually deburred and polished to ensure smooth fluid flow and minimal pressure drop.

Replacement timing: Replace when cracks, deformations, thread damage, or sealing surface leakage occur. Disassembly steps: 1 Release system pressure (hydraulic system pressure relief, cooling system water discharge); 2. Clean the elbow and its surroundings (to prevent dirt from entering the pipeline); 3. Use a suitable wrench to loosen the connections on both sides (pay attention to the direction of thread rotation); 4. Remove the old elbow (check if the sealing ring is adhered). Installation steps: 1 Check if the threads and sealing surfaces of the new elbow are intact; 2. Wrap sealing tape or apply sealant (only applicable to threaded connections); 3. Align the pipeline and manually screw in the first button (ensuring it is not skewed); 4. Use a torque wrench to tighten (refer to the maintenance manual for torque values, usually 30-50N · m); 5. Connect the pipelines on both sides (ensuring alignment and avoiding forced pulling).
