The Hitachi original excavator main control valve core (universal part number: YB60000132) is the core precision moving component of the main control valve (multi way valve) in the hydraulic system of Hitachi excavators. It is recommended to strictly follow the maintenance cycle (usually every 2000 working hours or annually) to replace the hydraulic oil and all filter elements (suction, return, pilot filter elements), which is the most effective measure to prevent valve core wear and jamming. In daily operation, if there is a single or multiple slow, weak, uncoordinated or natural drift movements, the first thing to check is whether the valve core is stuck or worn, causing internal leakage.
