The original track link (track link) part number 1022315 is a key connecting component of the Hitachi ZX800 large excavator chassis system, mainly suitable for ZX800, ZX800-3, ZX800-5 and other series models. This chain link may also be used for Hitachi excavators of similar tonnage such as ZX870 and ZX890, and has certain universality with the chain links of similar models of Sumitomo SH800 and Caterpillar 349 brands. Its universal number 1022315 is its unique identifier in Hitachi's original accessory system. When ordering, the complete model, serial number, and chassis identification code of the excavator must be provided to ensure that the size, hole position, and strength are fully matched.

This product belongs to forged alloy steel chain rail joints, manufactured using forging precision cutting technology. Compared with traditional processes, the production efficiency is increased by more than 15%, and the material utilization rate is significantly improved. The chain link structure adopts high-strength design and detachable locking structure, which can effectively prevent the axial movement of the pin shaft, avoid track slippage, enhance sealing performance and bearing capacity. Its production involves an automatic forging robot production line and widely adopts the forging waste heat quenching process, making the material surface hardness>44HRC, core hardness>44HRC, tensile strength>1500MPa, and toughness not less than 20J at -45 ℃. There are two connection holes on the chain link for installing chain link connectors (pin shaft and bushing), and through holes for fixing with track plates through bolts. Its size matches the width (650mm) and pitch of the ZX800 track shoes, ensuring precise engagement with the drive wheels, guide wheels, and support wheels.

Measure the fit clearance between the chain link pin hole and the bushing every 500 working hours (standard value ≤ 3 mm). If it exceeds 5 mm, replace the bushing or chain link; At the same time, check the meshing wear between the chain link tread and the driving gear teeth. If the tooth height wear exceeds 30%, it should be replaced as a whole. Lubrication and maintenance: Every 250 working hours, lubricate the chain link pin shaft and bushing with lithium based grease through the grease injection nozzle. Tension adjustment: Adjust the tension of the track according to the ground conditions (standard sag of 30-50 mm). Too tight will accelerate the wear of the chain links and drive wheels, while too loose can easily lead to derailment and impact damage. Timing of replacement: When there are cracks, severe deformation, or elliptical wear of the pin hole in the chain link, it is necessary to replace the same side chain link in pairs to maintain walking balance. In harsh working conditions such as mines and gravel, it is recommended to check the status of the chain link assembly every 3000-4000 working hours and perform preventive replacement if necessary.
